My client are looking for a Parts/Stores Manager who is highly motivated and forward-thinking. With experience in the machinery sector, your role will involve overseeing and supporting the department as needed.Main Responsibilities: Ordering parts and receiving deliveries, checking invoices and inputting invoices onto our system. Stock allocation including Good in/out for all parts and updating stock on CRM System To keep the parts storage area clean and tidy, good organisational skills are essential Overall accountability for the successful running of the parts department, working closely with the Service office, technicians and customers You will be required to send back parts to suppliers and ensure that the appropriate refunds are received and to chase up credit notes Maintain stock levels of all parts and workshop consumables to the required levels. Liaise with suppliers and customers, building a good rapport. Support service department and cover for holidays or sickness when required Other administrative duties.Job Requirements: Strong Administration background in Plant Machinery or similar industries. Ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness. Excellent communication and IT Skills.
