Job Title: Customer Account Coordinator
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000
Our client is a specialist manufacturer of high-complex tolerance components in the Aerospace Engineering field. With extensive machining capabilities, this business takes on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges. The Commercial team works both externally and internally between customers and production, requiring occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities for the Customer Account Coordinator
1. Communicate with customers to support and understand their requirements
2. Maintain customer data and ensure systems are up to date
3. Manage incoming business calls and connections to internal departments
4. Analyse potential delivery concerns from provided data
5. Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer dates
6. Negotiate order book changes with clients as required, including price and timing
7. Attend client meetings and progress calls
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
1. Previous Commercial experience
2. Previous Aerospace industry experience is desirable
3. Ability to create and maintain accurate records
4. Good relationship building skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Well established negotiating skills
