Job: Projects Administrator / Coordinator Salary: £25k pro-rata (depending on experience) (4/5 days a week to suit candidate)

Hybrid: Tuesday & Thursday working in office with a need to cover every other (Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

The Dezac Group trades under a number of brands in beauty, wellbeing and fitness categories. We operate from two sites; our head office in Montpellier, Cheltenham where this role is based, and our fulfilment centre near Gloucester. Both are easily accessible with parking.
You will play an essential role supporting the Projects Department with the delivery of new projects, maintaining existing projects and carrying out general administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with internal, external stakeholders and team members to help deliver multiple projects to critical deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Administrator role is to support the Projects department to help ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to scope. Within this role there will be an opportunity to become a Project Coordinator for the right candidate.
To help the project department with administrative duties and processes.
· Supporting the team with project tasks.
· Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
· Assign tasks to internal and external resources and assist with schedule management.
· Help to prepare costing / budget information.
· Support to develop Project reports for stakeholders.
· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
· Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.
· Alert the project manager to issues as they arise.
· Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications.
· Prepare and distribute project materials.
Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
· Computer literate

· Microsoft Office 365 – Access, Word, Excel, Acrobat, Outlook
