The Role
As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that the perfect bathroom requires planning, trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You will identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, inspiring customers with solutions for their dream bathrooms. Building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships is key to exceeding customer expectations. You will promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy the journey along the way!
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales journey, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to exceed customer expectations.
6. Previous sales experience is preferable, but a positive attitude is most important.
