About the role
The Lead Administrator is responsible for ensuring the provision of an effective administration support service to all contract staff. You will be responsible for completing general and commercial admin tasks in relation to HR, Finance and contract work and maintain & develop filing systems and audit trails to ensure the smooth operation of contracts and administration systems and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
* General administrative duties with a strong commercial focus
* Involved in Invoicing, CVRs, purchase orders and P&L
* Managing and supporting a team of 2, while working closely with 10-15 team members across departments
* Production of weekly and monthly financial reports
* Handling and simplifying large volumes of data
* Managing Excel spreadsheets and transitioning systems to SharePoint
Requirements
* Able to demonstrate relevant experience of office systems and procedures gained within an office role - 2 - 3 years ideally
* Strong skillset in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
* Commercially astute and confident in a fast-paced construction environment
* Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
* Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and a self-starter who can take initiative and make the role their own
* Ideally someone from a construction or similar background
