The remit of the GTM Product Trainer role is to enable the Commercial Sales & Account Management teams with the Product Knowledge required to accurately and effectively position Products in sales conversations with prospects & customers.
Product Knowledge capabilities to be covered by the GTM Product Training role include:
* The key Features & Functionality of the Product.
* The Compelling Value Propositions of the Product.
* The Competitive Advantages of the Product vs Competitors.
* Use Cases (i.e. how the Product is expected to be used by Customers).
* Case Studies (relevant examples of how the Product has positively impacted Customers using the Product).
The GTM Product Trainer role will work closely with Product teams and Service Delivery (Solution Engineering) teams to source accurate Product Knowledge, and will work closely with the Product Marketing teams in ensuring product knowledge content is up-to-date and easily accessible to the Commercial Sales & Account Management teams.
Most importantly, the GTM Product Trainer role will work closely with the Sales & Account Management teams, and be a valued enabler of the teams and individuals to achieving sales success.
The GTM Product Trainer role will determine the appropriate training delivery methods for the transfer & retention of product knowledge, which will include preparing and delivering commercial product training workshops, e-learning content, FAQs, and quizzes.
Ideal Profile of the GTM Product Trainer:
* Hospitality product knowledge (PMS, CRS, Distribution, Commerce/Retailing, Payments).
* Understanding of customer use cases (and the relevance of Product features & functionality).
* A focus on enabling sales success.
* Empathy with sales activities and environments.
* Understanding of sales methods & sales skills.

* Collaboration across functions & teams.
