Job introduction:
We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual to join our membership team as an Account Administrator to cover a period of maternity.
As an Account Administrator you would be responsible for assisting the Membership team with general admin tasks to help to provide the best service to our customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
POST: Account Administrator (Maternity Cover)
REPORTING TO: Head of Membership
GRADE: £23,500 - £25,500 (fte per annum)
CONTRACT DURATION: This role is for maternity cover until November 2025
LOCATION: Worcester
WORKING HOURS: 30-37 hours per week (however, part-time hours will be considered). A range of flexible working opportunities can be discussed upon application.
Day to day you will:
1. Respond to enquiries via phone or email.
2. Data input and general housekeeping on CRM system.
3. Outbound calls and emails to members when required highlighting relevant services and support.
4. Have awareness of Chamber services and how they can help businesses.
5. Complete any other duties required by the business to achieve the Chambers commercial objectives.
What you will bring:
1. Strong teamwork ethics.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Experience in administration role.
4. Experience using CRM software or managing a database.
5. Ability to travel on occasions.
Mobility:
Ideally, a car owner with full driving licence.
