Are you an experienced Bid & Marketing Coordinator? Wise Employment is looking for a proactive candidate to join an exciting and long-standing company based in Plymouth.
This is an exciting position on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible for the right candidate where you will be required to support the Bid & Marketing Team and lead the day-to-day running of the bidding process. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm and offers a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
1. Support in the management and administration of the bid library and other company resources relating to bidding.
2. Act as Bid Coordinator for live bidding opportunities.
3. Manage the eProcurement portal system in a timely and organized manner.
4. Format and support the development of bid response documents and ensure that relevant outputs are created and collated.
5. Update the website, social media channels, branding, design, content creation, and support submissions of award nominations for the business.
6. Lead on internal communications for the business via meetings, posters, and other necessary communication methods.
Requirements:
1. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
2. Experience of delivering projects to tight deadlines, coordinating tasks and individuals, and solving problems successfully.
3. Excellent relationship development and stakeholder management to senior levels and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a pressurized and business-critical environment.
5. Knowledge of InDesign or another design package such as Canva.
