THE ROLE We’re looking for a Head of People to lead our People & Culture strategy, shaping and driving initiatives that foster a high-performing, inclusive and engaging culture. With the support of your team (People Ops, Talent Acquisition and a People Partner, based in North Macedonia), you will lead on employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition, wellbeing and equity, diversity and inclusion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial global mindset and a pragmatic but strategic leadership approach – requiring a hands-on approach (for our UK based colleagues) but also very clear about the longer-term objectives and how to support achieving them. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a people strategy that supports the company’s overall goals, as well as innovative, best practices and policies that build a high-performance culture of achievement, accountability, and collaboration, as well as providing insight and problem solving around critical people issues Leadership Development: Coach and advise the senior leadership team in developing themselves and their teams to achieve improved performance and engagement Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving HR and employee relations issues, ensuring fair treatment and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that foster a culture of engagement, innovation and collaboration, along with programs that align with our core values and strengthen employee experience and belonging Performance Management: Develop and continually improve the effectiveness of a performance management framework that is consistently adhered to and ensures the agreement and documentation of objectives, KPIs, regular feedback and personal development planning. Learning & Development: Lead efforts to identify skills gaps and promote employee growth through learning and development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning. HR Policies: Maintain and ensure the implementation of HR policies that provide guidelines for management and employees Recognition & Reward: Lead the design and optimization of a global compensation framework and reward strategy HR Operations: Responsibility for all HR systems including HRIS, payroll, employee engagement and talent acquisition platforms, as well as ensuring the integrity of all employee data.
