Job Description Account Officer - Lessors Derby / Hybrid (3 days on-site) Full time. What you will be doing: This dynamic role is accountable for establishing and executing commercial strategies for our relationships with a portfolio of leasing companies around the world and determining how Rolls-Royce can best leverage these relationships to generate profit for the wider business. The role reports into the SVP – Marketing and Leasing. The Lessors Team, which sits within the Customer Team organisation under Ewen McDonald, is responsible for managing the relationships and contracts for all aircraft and engine Lessors. Rolls-Royce prides itself on being ahead of the competition in the way that we work with and accommodate lessor oriented commercial constructs, and the Lessors Team is responsible for ensuring we retain our competitive edge in this regard, such that Trent products remain the preferred asset of leasing organisations. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Lessors Team, based in Derby, for an Account Officer. As an Account Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Lessor Customers, accountable for the customer experience, whilst delivering margin and revenue targets over the entire product and services lifecycle. The Account Officer will integrate all aspects of the customer experience and direct the organisation to ensure that Lessor expectations and financial targets are set and then met or exceeded. Responsibilities: Accountable and responsible for all product and service revenue and cash from their customer portfolio. Management of threats and opportunities to ensure delivery of the committed revenue and cash plan. Where appropriate, define and implement Lessor account strategies. Use the Account Management processes to integrate all aspects of the relationship with Lessors and to direct internal resources to support attainment of account goals. Use of the Customer Hub to drive Account Management discipline. Ensure contracts are administered in a way that is consistent with delivering value to Rolls-Royce, including working with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and manage contract risks. Work closely with the regional airline teams, sales teams, transitions teams and the services teams to support leased aircraft/engine placement, transitions and to deliver through life solutions to the mutual benefit of Rolls-Royce and the customer. Build Lessor relationships and act as primary interface with Rolls-Royce. Set and deliver Lessor satisfaction targets, working with internal stakeholders to ensure customer specific targets are met.
