Facilitate Group Sessions – Lead weekly recovery groups, guiding individuals through a structured pre-rehabilitation programme.
Work with Partners – Liaise with health professionals and external agencies to provide the best possible care.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in a person-centred support role – whether in addiction services, social care, or mental health.
