Main duties of the job Performance Monitoring: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service performance. Regularly evaluate and analyse data to identify trends, challenges, Data Quality, Validation and areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as necessary. Operational Leadership: Take charge of the day-to-day operational management of administration services, ensuring efficient workflows, and seamless service delivery. Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, policies, and regulations. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of care, patient safety, and satisfaction. Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes, experience, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and cultivate effective communication channels including clinical, administration staff and corporate partners.
