Connect Appointments are seeking a Trailer Fitter for permanent work in Grantham!
Salary: £35,000 per annum (DOE)
As a Trailer Fitter, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, working alongside other experienced professionals. Your duties will include, but not limited to:
* Mechanical maintenance of chassis and braking systems, including basic auto electrics
* Plumbing and carpentry
* Using hand and power tools
* Documenting processes and keep accurate records
To be successful in this Trailer Fitter role you'll have previous experience with basic auto electrics. Combined with the following skills and traits:
* Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical works
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Basic maintenance of diesel engines (beneficial, but not essential)
* Welding ability (beneficial)
* Valid driving licence (beneficial)
* Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
