Responsibilities
* Provide support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour
* Assist in implementing behavioural management strategies
* Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
* Monitor and record student behaviour and progress
* Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
Minimum Requirements
* Valid driving licence and access to own car as some outreach work may be required
* Previous experience working with individuals displaying challenging behaviour
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
* Understanding of behavioural management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Relevant qualification in education, psychology, or related field
* Training in de-escalation techniques

* Work primarily within a school setting
* May require occasional evening or weekend work for events or meetings
* Must be able to handle challenging behaviour and remain professional at all times
