As our team grows, we’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help create a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning workspace.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, can manage multiple responsibilities, and wants to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and suppliers.
2. Manage daily office operations: supplies, meeting rooms, deliveries, and equipment.
3. Provide general administrative support to teams, including scheduling and document management.
4. Assist with onboarding new hires and organising team-wide communications.
5. Support internal events, meetings, and office culture initiatives.
6. Coordinate travel bookings and expenses when needed.
7. Keep the workspace clean, efficient, and organised.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in a receptionist, office admin, or operations support role (start-up or tech environment preferred).
2. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
