The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold calling to businesses across the UK with the aim to assist them with their energy management needs, offering bespoke solutions to save customers money, time, and reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
* B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK.
* Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning.
* Present solutions which save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions.
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers.
* Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
* Work closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities.
* Gain Bills and a letter of authority (LOA) from the customer.
* Deal with any objections that are presented with a view to turning the objection around into an opportunity.
* Ensure all information gathered for any customer is accurate and compliant.
* Represent the business in a professional manner at all times.
Skills Required:
* Previous experience in telesales in either a B2B or B2C.
* Energy experience is desirable but not essential.
* Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis.
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Be able to generate business opportunities with confidence.
* Good computer skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience working in a target-driven environment with the ability to succeed.
* Punctual & Presentable.
* Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills.
* Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
* Adaptable to change within the business needs.
Salaries up to £40,000 based on experience.
