The successful candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
* Have high expectations for all pupils and a proven track record of ensuring good or better progress.
* Be committed to creating an inclusive, stimulating, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Show dedication to ongoing professional development and contributing to the wider life of the school.
