In addition to assessment, treatment planning and delivery, this role will include supporting the team in developing their psychological skills and knowledge through providing consultation, leading and encouraging formulation, action planning and goal setting, and delivering supervision. Leading and monitoring service evaluation and development will play an important part of the job. The post holder will need excellent interdisciplinary working skills as there is a significant component of collaboration, teamwork and interagency liaison. Experience of working within this specialism would be beneficial, however we also welcome applications from clinicians with strong interest in the area who are working in other specialities with key transferable skills (such as Adult LD or CAMHS).
