We have a great opportunity for an Ambassador to support the Ambassador Supervisor and Client Account Manager in providing a service to our client. A position that allows flexibility in both shifts and days worked during the week. What you will be doing: You will be a uniformed visible presence within the Town Centre interacting with residents visitors and business to improve the visitor experience Patrolling on foot around Bracknell Town Centre providing a reassuring uniformed presence in a monitoring and customer liaison role. Reporting on all instances of anti-social behaviour graffiti rough sleeping e-scooter electric cycle and bicycle use within the Town Centre. Engaging with the public and delivering an approachable service and providing advice and assistance with directions and questions they may have. Close working with key partners including the local Police Neighbourhood Team The Lexicon Security Team and the Rough Sleeper Team.About You Organised and self-motivated Experience in customer service and local knowledge useful although training will be given to the right candidate. Good Level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook to record incidents.
