The Role
As a Membership Assistant Manager, you will:
* Assist in managing the membership program, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members.
* Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Organize and coordinate member events and activities.
* Maintain accurate records of membership data and transactions.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience.
* Provide support in the development of membership policies and procedures.
* Monitor membership trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
