This dynamic position provides technical and administrative support to our leadership team, enabling effective management of Trade Effluent, Permitting, and Regulatory Reporting. Your contributions will help maintain efficient systems and reporting to meet customer, environmental, and regulatory requirements, you will play a key role in supporting our compliance with the Water Industry Act. What you’ll be doing: - Coordinate and support with administration of meetings with the Environment Agency, Ofwat, Defra and the Enforcement Panels - Collaborate with relevant departments to gather data and information for performance reporting and in response to customer enquiries - Assist with the consenting process to meet service levels and regulatory requirements. - Provide Trade Effluent public register information and manage the database for customer and legal enquiries. - Manage the Trade Effluent mailbox, collaborating with TE Scientists to ensure excellent customer service. - Collate waste data for EA reporting, supporting the Waste Permitting Scientist. - Uphold exceptional customer service standards. - Maintain detailed records while adhering to GDPR requirements. - Manage team records and confidential information appropriately What does it take to be successful? - Knowledge of the regulatory environment - Basic understanding of EPR Regulations, WIA, UWWTR - IT, Microsoft packages, emails, outlook calendar essential to present and process data in clear and concise way - Knowledge and experience of customer and administration skills - Evidence of good communication - Customer service skills - Skilled in organising meetings, minutes and actions - Ability to coordinate multiple calendars - Excellent communicator - Ability to work to tight deadlines - Ability to manage/prioritise workloads Inclusion at Anglian Water: Join us and make a difference.
