The Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your mission is to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that drive revenue growth and foster long-term relationships. You will manage an existing UK customer database, generate leads, and actively promote our marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer information, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships.
* Lead Generation: Identify and verify new prospects, setting appointments for our field sales managers.
* Marketing Promotion: Drive engagement with our latest campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Call Cycle Maintenance: Plan and execute regular calls to meet and exceed customer expectations.
* Product Promotion: Advocate for SITECH technology, warranties, and customer service agreements, becoming the go-to Account Manager for your clients.
