Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist to join their team of 25, supporting the sales department with service-focused growth. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting our services department to current product owners. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Inbound sales inquiries to support the sales team. • Proactively generating leads and targeting product owners to engage them in our service offerings. • Conducting Teams meetings and calls - no face-to-face meetings required. • Working alongside our dedicated sales team (10 members) to expand service sales and develop new business opportunities. This is a high-volume, soft sales role focused on relationship-building and delivering exceptional service to already existing customers of the Products. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have: • A proven track record of maintaining and expanding existing business by phone. • Confidence in a small business setting, especially in a sales environment. • The ability to work independently, displaying self-discipline and initiative. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, CRM, and database management.
