Investment Sales Consultant

The package
* Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE and proven track record)
* Realistic and proven on-target earnings (OTE) of £80,000+ in commission however MANY doing way more, with the potential to earn over £100,000 per annum!

* Monday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday + Wednesday 9:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 9:00-16:30 (37.5 hours a week)
You’ll be matching investors with top-tier off-plan developments across the North of England. These aren’t cold calls—you’ll be working with warm leads, qualifying and presenting to investors, closing the sale down and overseeing the aftercare alongside the Sales Progressor. If you’ve got experience selling UK properties to overseas buyers, even better—but if not, this company will make sure you’re ready to smash it.

The Investment Sales Consultant role
* Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels
* Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client inquiries, and close sales
* Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms
* Site visits, as and when needed – usually once per week
* Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools
* Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies
