St. Augustine and St. Edward Catholic Parishes in Austin, MN are seeking a professional to become our part-time Director of Youth/Young Adult Ministries. This individual will report to the Pastor and will coordinate all youth/young adult needs of the Parishes. The Director of Youth/Young Adult Ministries will be responsible for the development and enhancement of the formation that will strengthen the faith life of the youth/young adults in the parishes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Coordinating opportunities for formation and education.
2. Evangelization
3. Discipleship (i.e., Discipleship Quads)
4. Catechesis/Apologetics
5. Steubenville Conferences, World Youth Day, etc.
6. Assisting with RCIA
