As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
* Handling customer queries via mutli-channels
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
* Handle and resolve customer service queries
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Ensure all customer service standards are upheld
* Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service
* Provide feedback on customer service issues and trends
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call handling role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Can commit to a 2 month temporary role
