What skills and experience we're looking for
Hours: Mondays, 6hours per week(hours flexible)
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rate):£3810per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
We are seeking a part time Premises Assistant to join us at Lindfield Primary Academy and Blackthorns Community Primary (both based in Lindfield),to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds
• Working within current health and safety legislation
• Providing a customer-facing / positive service
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site
You will have:
• Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting &decorating, general garden maintenance etc
• Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
• The ability to work as part of our team and independently
