Role Overview:Agri-Lloyd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in one of our regional locations within the UKto drive the territory's short, medium, and long-term development. The key objective is to achieve or exceed the regions sales plan.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Ensuring the overall sales plan for the region
* Managing Sales Agents
* Preparing annual sales plans
* Becoming proficient with the company CRM system and keeping it up to date
* Attending relevant trade shows and farmer meetings
* Daily reporting
About You:
* At least 3 years of sales management experience
* Understanding and passion for the agricultural industry
* Good understanding of concept selling
* Natural rapport builder at all levels
* Ability to lead a team effectively
