We are looking for a talented and driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team, you'll be the driving force behind our email marketing efforts, ensuring everything we send out is in line with our company strategy. What you will do
●Strategy Development: Develop and implement the strategy for all email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
●Marketing Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing and scheduling calendar that reflects both short-term and long-term objectives for email campaigns.
●Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including design, content, segmentation, and reporting.
●Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure seamless integration between email campaigns and social media strategies.
●Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies and internal IT support to ensure smooth integration between email and social platforms, maintaining consistency across channels.
Who you are
●A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success.
●Proficient in email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
●Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple email campaigns autonomously.
●Hands-on experience with CRM systems and the ability to integrate these with email campaigns for enhanced targeting and segmentation.
●Demonstrated ability to hit key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, open rates, and conversions.
●Skilled in list management, including building and segmenting email databases.
●Ability to analyse performance and provide actionable recommendations for improving email marketing processes.
●Strong reporting skills, with the ability to generate insights and optimise campaigns based on data.
●Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for crafting compelling email content.
●Proficient in producing creative assets using tools such as Adobe or Canva.
●Experience with organic social media marketing and understanding of how email and social campaigns can complement each other.
●Confident communicator, with experience liaising with third-party agencies and stakeholders.
●Experience with WordPress is a bonus, though not essential.
