We are looking for experienced managers seeking the next step or an experienced existing Assistant General Manager. Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic team player? This venue has a great busy breakfast trade with a strong lunch service and drinks into the evening, featuring a bar with a range of bespoke cocktails and a great selection of beers and wines.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and hospitality.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, while also managing inventory and supplies.
* Address customer inquiries and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
* Culinary and food safety knowledge.
* Experience in food preparation and cooking.
* Familiarity with bartending and beverage service.
* Background in food production and kitchen operations.
* Relevant hotel or barista experience is a plus.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
