Your objective is to proactively build a portfolio of clients, along with finding, negotiating, recommending and selling the best flight options on the market to our customers while being part of a new dynamic department carrying on the growth of the company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build strong relationships with clients, providers, and operators.
2. Prospect and develop the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions while maintaining the highest standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight.
3. Monitor all flights carefully on a day-to-day basis, including outside of office hours.
4. Supervise the check-in of flights and meet clients at the airport.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
* Motivated and dynamic person looking to join the next generation of LunaJets Brokers.
* Client-focused with a high sense of responsibility.
* Self-starter and self-learner who is not afraid to think outside the box and is a strong team player.
* Very organized, flexible, able to multitask (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings) and work under high pressure.
* Undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, yachting, or real estate with a good knowledge of the luxury industry.
* No aviation experience required.
* Perfect fluency in English. Other languages highly appreciated.
* Keen on delivering the highest possible customer service.
