To support the Operations Manager, who is responsible for the contractual and commercial relationship with the client, by co-ordinating compliance activities. Generating information from both internal and external sources and being a point of escalation for the Supply Chain. Whilst acting as a deputy to the Operations Manager and responding to a variety of additional requests to ensure smooth service delivery across the portfolio

And as a Account Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
Support the Operations Manager by ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and provide timely responses to requests for help and support.
Support Service Delivery activity through liaising with the Planned and Reactive compliance manager for the contract covering annual leave and supporting on the delivery of the PPMs across the account.
Where necessary, Support view and validate PPM certification to ensure it meets requirements and liaise with the supply chain where it does not.
Working with the compliance manager support, and monitor all reactive and planned remedial works to ensure they are completed within the agreed service level agreement.
Produce weekly reporting and chair client meetings on planned and reactive works, statutory and mandatory compliance and on-going operational tasks.
Raise Non-conformance reports for any suppliers not meeting the contractual requirements and work with Supply Chain Management Team to resolve.
Compile and gather the necessary data and information required for all reporting requirements, including mitigations for uncompleted activities.
Be the first point of escalation for the client and suppliers as required.
Co-ordinate and resolve issues promptly, by means of job and quotation chasing, Quote review to check for value for money before release to the client.
Ensure that any client complaints regarding service delivery are managed and escalated to the Operations Manager in a timely manner with corrective actions closed out quickly.
Support the Operations Manager in monitoring the overall contract performance (outputs) maintaining a regular dialogue with key stakeholders in the client’s business.
Co-ordinate the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure that the necessary data/management information is provided to enable the effective monitoring of the Contract.
Work with the Reporting Team the MI Analyst, Operations and Compliance Manager on reporting documents.
Work with the Reporting Team to respond to ad hoc request for reports.
Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of the service and identify and escalate any performance issues to the Operations Manager.
Co-ordinate Accounts Payable, working with the wider team to support and reduce supplier debt & assist with Accrued Income and action client queries. Job Title | Location/Department 3
Work with the Bellrock Supply Chain to support the mobilising of new suppliers by helping to co-ordinate the activities of the key stakeholders.
Promote a positive Health and Safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are escalated to the Contract Manager and addressed.

What does it take?

IT literate intermediate level in use of Excel including data manipulation.
Facilities Management (FM) qualification / willing to work towards a qualification.
