The Role
As a Document Controller, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary, supporting a vital MILSATCOM Service Delivery Programme.
Day-to-day, you'll contribute to the data integrity and document management in accordance with business policy and security standards.
1. Delivery of the Skynet Information and Data Management strategy across document management tools.
2. Ensuring the efficient delivery, configuration control and management of project data and documentation.
3. System access management, applying a need-to-know security approach.
4. Performing periodic audits on the project to ensure compliance.

6. Being part of the wider Babcock Data and Document Management community working together to continuously improve.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides flexible hybrid working arrangements with working days in the office and working days working from home.
Desirable but not essential experience of the Document Controller
7. Experience in data and document management, and/or configuration and document change control.
8. Understanding or experience of System Administration and access control.
9. Experience working with a document management system, such as Autodesk Vault, Windchill, Team Centre.
10. Highly detail orientated.
11. Excellent collaborative skills.
