Italian Customer and Client Service Support (Hybrid working)

As a customer service representative, you will join a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering a service second to none. You will be expected to effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end customer journey and ensure that all elements of the process are covered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Help manage current customer accounts.
2. Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
3. Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
5. Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
6. Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required.
7. Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
8. Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
