Duties

6. Drive to clients' homes or care facilities as necessary to provide services.
7. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of care.
Skills
1. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
2. Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
3. Experience or knowledge in home care settings is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in IT skills for maintaining records and documentation related to client care.
5. A valid driving licence is preferred for those required to travel between locations.
6. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Word Of Mouth Care Limited is recruiting care team members for flexible hourly contracts. Shifts may consist of: Days, Afternoons, Evenings, and Bank Holidays.
We provide care and support for elderly people within the Nottingham community. We are looking to recruit care team members to join our supportive, dedicated team. We work to improve the quality of life for all, ensuring we provide person-centered care and support.

You must work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
