Are you a dynamic Estates Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an enthusiastic Estates Surveyor. It’s an exciting place to work as we support the development of the six towns and celebrate a momentous milestone next year - our centenary of city status granted by King George V. As a Chartered Surveyor you will play a crucial role within the Corporate Property Estates Team in shaping and delivering our future Cityscape. You will be part of a team providing comprehensive professional and estate management service to the City Council across a broad range of properties including: offices; industrial; retail; housing; land, and leisure. You will work closely with colleagues within Corporate Property, other Council services and tenants to provide expertise in delivering rent reviews; lease renewals; wayleaves; easements, disposals, acquisitions etc. About You: A Chartered Surveyor with at least 1 year’s post qualification and preferably with Local Authority experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competent in dealing with: rent reviews; lease renewals; wayleaves; easements, disposals, acquisitions etc. Working within a Team of Estates Managers reporting to Estate Management Team Leader professional and estate management service to the City Council across a broad range of properties including: offices; industrial; retail; housing; land, and leisure.
