We’re looking for an organized and proactive Executive PA & Studio Manager to support the Founders and Directors. This role involves executive-level assistance, office management, and HR support to ensure the smooth running of the London studio.
Our client is a globally renowned interior design firm known for its luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and super yacht projects. With an award-winning team, they deliver exceptional designs that push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, handle confidential information, and act as a gatekeeper for the leadership team.
* Client Liaison: Communicate with high-profile clients, ensuring professionalism and maintaining strong relationships.
* Studio Management: Ensure the studio remains a welcoming, well-organized space. Oversee supplies, operations, and day-to-day logistics.
* HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
* Presentations: Create compelling presentations for client pitches and internal meetings.

* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Discreet, professional, and comfortable working with high-profile clients.
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
* Previous experience in design, luxury, or creative industries is a plus.
