We are seeking a motivated and experiencedBand 7 Ward Managerto join our dedicated team on a47-bedded Respiratory Support Unit, which includes a specialised 6-bedded Level 2 unit. This is a permanent position offering an exciting leadership opportunity in the care of patients with acute, chronic, and complex respiratory conditions.
About the Role:
You will work alongside the existing Ward Manager to lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals. Supported by the Matron, you will help deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care while driving improvements in quality and service delivery.

You will be required to demonstrate excellent skills both clinically and managerially and will be expected to lead, teach, and support the nursing team through demonstration of clinical excellence and example.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe flow of patients through the unit is maintained both in your presence and absence. Whilst demonstrating excellent communication between yourselves and the team you will ensure compliance with all Corporate and Divisional objectives and continuous professional development of yourselves and your staff.
