Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer (Full Time) - £40-50k - London / Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join a growing team, take the lead on developing cutting-edge Power BI solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making for a dynamic Media Agency. If you’re passionate about data visualisation, campaign performance reporting, and using data to unlock insights, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
* Provide guidance on data modeling and DAX calculations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data security/compliance
* Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions, making sure they're efficient and user-friendly
* Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team’s capabilities
1. Our Clients Analytics & Insight team leverages vast client data from various sources (including transactional data, web analytics, and more) to unlock insights and drive the business forward and meet their campaign KPIs. They work with a range of complex data, so your expertise in building robust, scalable data visualisation and performance reporting solutions will be critical in helping the business make strategic, data-informed decisions.
About You:
* Having worked in a media environment is a MUST for this role
* 3-5+ years of experience as a Power BI developer, with a solid track record in delivering complex solutions
* Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, Pro, and Mobile
* Strong experience with DAX calculations, data modeling, and optimizing Power BI reports
* SQL and data warehouse concepts knowledge is a plus
* Experience with data pipeline orchestration and automation
* Exposure to other visualisation platforms like Looker Studio is helpful
* Confident in presenting analysis, recommendations and driving strategy to senior stakeholders
