Groundworker

* FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE required as Van and Fuel card provided
* £23.28 per hour via Umbrella or CIS
* 40 hours per week - long term ongoing roles

We are currently looking to recruit for a Groundworker with experience working on social housing properties.
Job Description
* Operating various ground works machines such as lawn mowers and ground maintenance equipment.
* Managing and operating pickup/dumper trucks required for various hauling activities.
* Undertaking regular maintenance on the equipment and tools.
* Maintaining parking lots and undertaking minor repairs on the surface as and when required.
* Installation of site/external signs and barriers to control traffic when performing repair work.
* Monitor ground/surface area and identify repair work required.
