If you have a passion for maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service, this role is for you About the Role as a Facilities Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring a well-maintained, safe, secure, clean, and efficient environment. Reporting to the Facilities Team Lead, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the overall experience for residents. Key Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador, always maintaining a professional and positive approach. Provide a world-class student experience, responding to maintenance requests efficiently. Ensure all buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational. Conduct basic maintenance work, including: Working with locking systems (mechanical and electronic). Window and door repairs. Supporting fire alarm activations and false alarms. Performing reactive maintenance and summer turnaround projects. Fault finding and rectifications. Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections. Adhere to company policies and health & safety procedures at all times. Ability to complete like-for-like electrical changes, repairing holes in walls, and safety compliance. Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
