About the Role: We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, working closely with specific groups of children within the classroom to help them reach their full potential. This is a general Teaching Assistant position, with the initial focus on supporting pupils in Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. Working with specific groups of children, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil engagement. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils. Essential Requirements: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school and pupils.
