Role: Business Analyst Location: London Work mode: Hybrid Business Analyst Skills and Qualifications About the Role We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Program Manager with strong expertise in process mapping, business process improvement, and project management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to ensure the successful delivery of projects and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and system diagrams to depict current and future state processes. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. Prepare clear and concise business cases for proposed solutions. Program/Project Management Plan, execute, and manage projects aligned with business goals. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Process Mapping & Improvement Use tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN to create visual representations of processes. Facilitate workshops to gather process insights from stakeholders. Drive process reengineering initiatives and recommend automation opportunities. Measure and monitor process performance through KPIs. Stakeholder Management Engage with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Serve as a primary point of contact for issue resolution and status updates. Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and communicate project progress effectively. Technology Integration & Support Assist in the evaluation and implementation of software solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure successful system adoption. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus. Experience 5 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or related roles. Proven track record of process mapping and business process reengineering. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS). Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Knowledge of automation tools such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Effective at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
