Salary between £26,500 £30,000 per annum Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 17:00 22 days holiday plus bank holidays 3% company pension The Role: The Credit Controller will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure effective credit management. Contact customers to ensure timely payment and explain credit terms Collect debts promptly and resolve historical debt issues Prepare and send statements and reminders Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers Negotiate repayment plans and monitor debt repayments Liaise with colleagues regarding deliveries to non-compliant customers Oversee legal actions for continued payment breaches Report outstanding debts to management Assist in developing credit control policies The Candidate: The ideal Credit Controller will possess the following qualifications and skills.
