Our client, one of the largest BMC Controls systems houses based in Newtownabbey are currently seeking an Assistant Service Co-Ordinator to join their team. Salary is between 22k - 24k per year depending on experience. The role is permanent. Job duties: The core duties for the role are as follows; and work experience required are as follows: Collation and printing of engineers reports. Cross checking of reports against weekly timesheets. Logging of timesheet information into company analysis system. Checking reports for return visits and replacement parts. Daily liaising with customers regarding job status, return visits etc. Logging of reactive calls, scheduling pre-planned jobs and scheduling of engineers. Assist with monthly invoicing, issuing customer check sheets and reports and general filing. Criteria: The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, scheduling workloads and dealing directly with customers. The successful candidate should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office.
