Brief overview of the role
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Accrington, Desford, Hams Hall, Measham, Newbury & Whittlesey sites in the position of Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK’s leading building material manufacturers.

Apprenticeship summary
* Working week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Annual Salary: £20,800 per annum
* Expected duration: 48 months
* Start date: 1st September 2025
* Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship

The Role includes but is not limited to:
* Ensuring the efficient and safe working of the plant by utilising the skills taught during your training
* Carrying out preventative maintenance daily and installation of new equipment as required
* Responding to and acting upon the fault report system

Things to consider
* Salary will be reviewed throughout apprenticeship
* Shift work may be required on completion of the apprenticeship
* The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
