Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.
4. Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
6. Manage and follow up on action items from meetings.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
8. Manage confidential information with discretion.
9. Handle queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
10. Assist with special projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
11. Experience working as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
16. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
