Working with a variety of partners, the Housing and Property service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development. As our Performance & Improvement Manager, you will report to the Business Engagement Manager and work as part of the Business Development and Support team within the Housing and Property Service, to lead business analysis, audit and performance and system and service development to drive business improvement and ensure consistency of service delivery.
You will take a lead role in service preparations for Scottish Government returns and other external accreditations and inspections as well as leading the creation, development and review of internal processes and procedures.
Educated to HND/degree/SVQ4 level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will have extended experience within a business improvement, enterprise or housing related environment with experience of developing business change initiatives, policies and procedures.
With excellent report writing skills and effective communication skills, you should demonstrate the personal drive and motivation needed to deliver the council’s priority outcomes.
A leadership or management qualification and knowledge of Housing and Property business systems are desirable.
