What You Can Expect:
Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best love brands. Working as a Project Engineer in Engineering, you will be entrusted to lead projects from start to finish. Engineering has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working at our plant and distribution center. This role is an excellent and unique opportunity to advance in a challenging career at P&G by demonstrating growing levels of technical and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
2. Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
3. Define project scope and execution strategy for business expansion opportunities or new product initiatives.
4. Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe.

Job Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
11. University graduates who have recently completed a degree in one of the following Engineering fields – chemical or mechanical engineering.
12. Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.
13. Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non-academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
14. Strong English verbal and writing skills.
