Client Solutions Partner - Recruitment (care sector)
This role will cover the North East and may require travel, so flexibility is needed.

You will have access to clients across the care sector with the sole purpose of driving recruitment solutions. This is a key role for the business as we continue to grow and expand, making us one of the biggest players in the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Increasing business relationships
2. Taking ownership of specific markets and driving the business forward
3. Conducting new business development meetings with target clients
4. Review meetings with existing clients
5. Understanding competitors in the market and winning work from them
6. Providing data & insight to current and new clients to build better relationships
To be successful in this role you will:
1. Have experience in the recruitment industry
2. Be a strong, consistent billing consultant (or maybe you are leading a team and want to step away from the day-to-day leadership responsibilities)
3. Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
4. Partner and grow client accounts to increase GP
5. Have excellent communication skills and be capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
6. Possess the ability to work under pressure
